Questa unità di base RAM-B-252U può essere avvitata con qualsiasi vite M10 DI 10mm DI DIAMETRO direttamente sugli avvitamenti degli specchietti retrovisori oppure sotto il fissaggio del manubrio (solitamente si adatta al bullone, del diametro di 1,0cm, esistente al centro dello sterzo).
È semplice da montare, basta svitare lo specchietto retrovisore della moto, inserire il componente e poi riavvitare semplicemente lo specchietto, oppure, adattarlo a qualsiasi foto da 8mm presente sul motoveicolo
Senza fare dei buchi con il trapano il componente a sfera potrà essere completato dal supporto RAM-MOUNT per navigatore satellitare.
