Per il fissaggio si possono praticare dei fori sulla superficie su cui si vuole fissare il supporto ed avvitare successivamente lo stesso sfruttando i fori del componente (ci sono infatti sulla base 7 fori a varie distanze per facilitare l’adattamento a fori preesistenti) Si può utilizzare come adattatore fra asta RAM-B-201U e docking originale per carica dei principali GPS come per esempio GARMIN ZUMO 400 450 500 550
